14. Miscellaneous 

If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of these Terms & Conditions to be unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions will continue in full force and effect. Effecon operates and controls the Effecon Service from its offices in Belgium. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Effecon Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
